CMS Window Systems appoints David Ritchie as new Chief Operating Officer

David was formerly Chief Executive of Havelock Europa plc, having built his career with Parsons Brinkerhoff, Balfour Beatty and Wimpey Construction. He joins the Board of CMS which is backed by Lloyds Development Capital.
