Executive Women’s Leadership Development Programme

The Executive Women’s Leadership Development Programme – a unique programme in the UK for aspiring and ambitious female leaders keen to progress to the Boardroom. This programme is run by The University of Edinburgh Business School and FWB Park Brown.
The programme is now approaching its 8th session and the delegates have been challenged, motivated and stimulated in equal measure by a range of exceptional speakers including Jayne-Anne Gadhia, CEO Virgin Money and Dame Jocelyn Bell Burnell, President of The Royal Society of Edinburgh. Last week Chris van der Kuyl (aka Mr Digital Scotland) inspired the group about the challenges and opportunities for leaders in a fast changing digital landscape, and our next three sessions include Benny Higgins, CEO Tesco Bank and Ian Marchant, Chairman The Wood Group plc.
