Business Development Director
About the role
Private Equity backed manufacturing and support services
Our client is a highly successful private equity backed manufacturing and support services business based in the Central Belt. As part of significant recent growth and investment the business is seeking to appoint its first Business Development Director, reporting to the Managing Director and the Board. The Business Development Director will lead a team of >20 people to drive the sales and growth of the business across each of its revenue streams. They will also provide strategic leadership for the future direction of the business, advising the Board on expansion opportunities by both market and geography, including possible acquisitive growth to enable these.
