The Chief Executive Officer will lead a professional team responsible for the investment, governance, financial management and administration of the fund for a number of employing organisations and members.

Shaping the future strategy and positioning of the Fund, you will ensure that we deliver a strong, ethical and sustainable return through our investment strategy, provide excellent customer service to our employers, admitted bodies and, importantly, individual scheme members, as well as ensuring consistently strong performance through our financial, administrative, governance and regulatory arrangements.

We are looking for a Chief Executive Officer who will respect our culture and values, drive success and guide the business through the changing pensions landscape in Scotland which is likely to offer further opportunity for growth.

Candidates should have:

  • Knowledge of fund management (experience of advising or investing in large funds)
  • Knowledge of the relevant regulatory and statutory frameworks
  • Experience of leading transformational change

We are looking for highly motivated candidates with excellent leadership experience, energy and focus who can drive results and will be genuinely bought in to the culture and values of LPF.
