Commercial & Procurement Director

Major Organisation, 2-3 year FTC

Our client, a large organisation and significant employer in Edinburgh, is seeking a Commercial & Procurement Director to join the leadership team. This newly created role will be responsible for identifying and delivering new commercial opportunities, as well as identifying and delivering savings from existing and future suppliers. Given the organisation’s large scale, the budgets that this person will manage, and the potential for savings, is significant.

Candidates will ideally have experience of working in organisations of similar scale, controlling large budgets and managing relationships with sizable and complex multi-service supply chains. They must have a track record which demonstrates an ability to concurrently deliver commercial opportunities and make significant savings.

This is a change role and hence is a two to three year fixed term contract.
