DofE is looking for a replacement Director to join their Scotland Office in Edinburgh.  This is an exceptional opportunity to join a committed team and to lead the Scottish office of this world leading youth charity.

Purpose of the role:

  • Provide leadership and direction for all DofE activity in Scotland ensuring it aligns with DofE’s mission, vision, strategic objectives and annual performance targets
  • Oversee the delivery of high quality DofE programmes to growing numbers of young people in Scotland, through effectively licensing and supporting DofE centres.
  • Act as a champion and advocate for the DofE mission in Scotland, building and maintaining effective stakeholder relationships in order to maximise DofE’s reach and impact.
  • Contribute to the overall leadership and direction of DofE through active engagement and collaboration with other Directors and as a member of the UK Executive Team.
