Finance Director, Privately-Owned Engineering Business

Our client is a fast-growing engineering business with clients across the UK. Turnover is on track to double in the next 3-5 years, driven by new long-term contract wins with a diverse range of customers.

We are seeking a new outright Finance Director who will sit on the Board and report directly to the Chief Executive and the Chair. We are seeking a CA who has experience in the contracting or engineering environments, who has a deep familiarity of working with long term contracts. We are looking for candidates who will be able to support the business as it grows rapidly and increases its geographical footprint. Experience with upgrading systems and processes would be helpful.
