Regional Vice President – East Texas

Our client is a portfolio company of a leading global private equity and infrastructure investment firm exclusively focused on energy. The company brings together high-performing, complementary products centred on oil & gas production, processing and environmental control equipment. The company will continue to grow and integrate its national footprint, leveraging the strengths of its core brands. Today, the company provides custom engineered products and services to customers in some of the most prolific shale plays in North America.

This is a replacement position and follows a restructuring exercise which will optimise the overall capability of the Company’s operations. The RVP East Texas will carry responsibility for the management and growth of the manufacturing and fabrication businesses in the region. The regional manufacturing business consists of approximately 100 employees in East Texas (Beaumont area).

The role calls for a seasoned oilfield equipment manufacturing executive with the proven ability to lead and drive the business forward carrying full accountability for the P&L and balance sheet. This role will also be responsible for the continued profitable management of a business with a revenue of approximately $25 million; as well as development and execution of a focused growth strategy.
