Tesco Bank announce appointment of Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Tesco Bank has today announced the appointment of Declan Hourican to the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Benny Higgins, Tesco Bank Chief Executive Officer, said: “I’m delighted that someone of Declan’s calibre has been appointed to this critically important position. Declan has a proven track record of helping provide outstanding service for customers, and he will play an important role in helping Tesco Bank deliver its ambition to be the bank for people who shop at Tesco.”
Declan will take up the role on 3 October 2016, when he will become a member of the Tesco Bank Executive Committee and Board. Peter Bole will continue in the CFO role until Declan joins in October.
This role is subject to regulatory approval.
