Every recruitment assignment is managed as a discrete bespoke project with a clear plan, delivery milestones and timescale.

Our company consists of executive search professionals, researchers and administrators, who have considerable experience of executive search across many sectors, disciplines, functions and geographies.

Most of the searches we handle involve us utilising the services of our in-house Research team. This team will, working under the guidance of the Assignment Manager (a Recruitment Director or Associate Director), produce bespoke research. Firstly, of companies and organisations that will employ suitably skilled and experienced talent and then identify the appropriate individuals for the next stage of the search. This information is captured on what we call a Search Report and we would normally share this information with our client and determine who should be approached as part of the ‘headhunting’ stage of the process. This is a highly methodical, accurate, and targeted aspect of our service. Many searches have an international aspect.

FWB Park Brown also makes full use of a range of online searching and networking tools, such as LinkedIn. While these are very helpful in the search process it is when they are combined with FWB Park Browns own bespoke research, and market and candidate knowledge that they are most powerful.

FWB Park Brown has considerable experience in producing attractive copy for recruitment advertising via online and social media as well as traditional printed media options.

FWB Park Brown has a team of very skilled and experienced Executive Search Consultants, each of whom has considerable experience in interviewing, conducting referencing and due diligence on potential candidates, and arranging additional forms of testing to support and advise on selection.

Customer Service and Quality Management

The company has a customer service commitment which is aligned to a quality management process to ensure that all assignments are managed to the highest standards and this covers all aspects of the company’s services and processes. The results of the quality management system are included in employee’s annual appraisals along with client feedback.


In the conduct of business, the Directors and staff of FWB Park Brown are often made aware of private, confidential and sensitive information. In the delivery of its services FWB Park Brown will not disclose such information without receiving prior consent.

FWB Park Brown offers a discreet and confidential search and selection service. We understand that from time to time employers may not wish it to be known that they are recruiting at a senior level and we are experienced and skilled at managing the process in such circumstances.
