FWB Park Brown and Apollo launch ‘Over a Barrel’ podcast

We have some exciting news that FWB Park Brown and Apollo have launched a podcast, Over a Barrel.

FWB Park Brown and Apollo usually collaborate on our thought leadership events that previously have focused on topics such as net-zero and decommissioning and have included guests such as Kirsty Blackman MP and Deidre Michie, Chief Executive of OGUK. However, due to COVID 19 and the current situation, we decided it would be a great time to start a podcast to share some thoughts around the industry.

The podcast will be hosted by Jonathan White, Business Development Director at Apollo and Stuart Cochrane, Director at FWB Park Brown and we look to post monthly.

The podcast will be an informal look at the Oil and Gas industry in the North Sea and how it navigates the energy transition journey. We will have guests that will discuss or debate with Jonathan and Stuart on topical subjects affecting the energy industry in and around the UK.

Our first podcast featured Nigel Robinson, Apollo’s Marine and Offshore Director. Nigel also heads up the renewables department at Apollo and so was the perfect guest to discuss the first topic, the Energy Transition and Ocean Energy.
