Carol Henry, HRD of Arnold Clark welcomed the FWB Park Brown HR Brands Networking Group on Thursday 22nd June.
The group were delighted to learn the history of such a successful family business which also makes a significant contribution to the communities in which it operates. There was also an opportunity to view and understand the thought which had gone into the building of their fabulous new site at Hillington.
A lively discussion was then held over lunch focusing on environments designed for change and how an organisation sets a cultural tone. Contributions were made by HRD’s including Baxters, McTaggart and Mickel, Gladedale Homes, the Co-op and Edrington.
