FWB Park Brown launches NXD Development Programme

FWB Park Brown is delighted to announce the launch of a new programme for the development of Non-Executive Directors in conjunction with The University of Edinburgh Business School.
As the responsibilities and accountabilities of Non-Executive Directors intensify, so the support, knowledge and experience required also increase. But where can you get practical insight for the development of NXDs, for the real issues they have to deal with? For example – How do you influence a Board where there is a dominant Chair and robust CEO? How do you manage Boardroom Dynamics? These and other similar issues are what can make good NXDs really add value to a Board, but where can they get that knowledge and expertise?
Together with The University of Edinburgh Business School, we have developed a short practical programme for NXDs, led by experienced Chairs and NXDs who are specialists in key areas including The Audit Committee, The RemCom, Managing Boardroom Dynamics and Crisis Management.
