FWB Park Brown sells FWB Park Brown Houston to Mary McIntyre

We are pleased to announce the sale of our Houston (US) business to Mary McIntyre. Mary has successfully led our US company since 2015, developing a strong reputation and market presence.
Commenting on the transaction, Scott Black said “I’m delighted that we have reached an agreement with Mary to enable her to acquire the trade and assets of our business based in Houston. It’s been a successful venture for us and we very much look forward to establishing a new working relationship with Mary and her colleagues. We wish them every success.”
Mary McIntyre commented, “While my team and I have loved being a part of the FWB Park Brown family, we are very excited to continue to partner with our US clients and further develop our Houston business under the new brand of Merrimac International. We look forward to an exciting new chapter for our US team and a continued professional relationship with FWB Park Brown.”
Merrimac International acquired FWB PB Inc based in Houston on the 13 July 2020 for an undisclosed sum.
