FWB Park Brown supports the Inaugural Scottish Running Week

  • FWB News

The inaugural National Running Week in Scotland is scheduled to take place from June 5-11, commemorating the rise in engagement and accomplishments of athletes such as Eilish McColgan, Jake Wightman, Samantha Kinghorn, and Laura Muir.

The event is supported by FWB Park Brown and intends to raise funds for Athletics Trust Scotland by highlighting the benefits of running and athletics, and aiding those who face barriers to sports involvement.

Scott Black, Managing Director of FWB Park Brown said: “Keeping fit is an excellent way of balancing a busy work schedule and many of our team participate in a range of sports activities, including running from a few miles to much longer distances. As employers we are keen to support and encourage as we can see the obvious benefits. We are therefore delighted to be associated with the inaugural National Running Week and to play our part in encouraging widespread participation.”
