This dinner has been arranged primarily to hear from Professor Claude Wischik, Executive Chairman and Co-Founder of TauRx Therapeutics. TauRx is possibly one of Scotland’s best kept secrets in terms of recent drug development activity. They are incorporated in Singapore with primary research and operations functions in Aberdeen. The company is focused on the development of novel treatments for Alzheimer’s disease and other Neurodegenerative diseases.
The TauRx story is an extraordinary one and we are looking forward to hearing not just about the scientific progress but also about the funding successes and challenges along the way and about the future for TauRx.
