Macfarlane Group appoints James Baird as Non Executive Director

Macfarlane Group PLC have announced the appointment of James Baird as Non Executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee.
James, a former Partner with global accountancy firm Deloitte, is an Honorary Professor at Glasgow University’s Adam Smith Business School and a member of the Strategy and Research Advisory Committee of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland (ICAS).
