Chief Executive Officer

About the role

Fragrance Group London (FGL) is a fragrance licensing firm specialising in the creation, marketing and distribution of signature fragrances and beauty products – the product range currently consists of EDP, body mists, body lotions and shower gels in Michael Buble and Elle brands. From concept development to production, they deliver true identity for all of their brands. FGL is known for creativity, quality and the ability to capture the essence of each brand in the products and campaigns they create, manufacture and distribute worldwide.

FGL partners with some of the beauty industry’s best known global retailers and distributors to expose their brands to a global audience and has established global distribution in key markets (UK, Germany, USA, Australia, Canada).

We are looking for an entrepreneurial CEO to join the business at a time when it is stable and poised for further growth. The CEO will have full control of and responsibility for a company which is looking to maximise return on existing licences and extend its portfolio and range. This is a real opportunity to shape the future of the company and participate in enhanced shareholder value.

A key remit of the role will be to secure new brands and to build a new portfolio of brands through either license, acquisition or creation.

We are looking for candidates who:

  • Are well networked in the fragrance, personal care or fashion sector, with great customer relationships and awareness of quality suppliers, designers and marketeers
  • Have a genuine interest in and passion for fragrance products and flair for identifying new areas for product development
  • Will be a credible and charismatic ambassador for the company
