Acquisitive company backed by a long term strategic investor

The CFO will :-

• Focusing on the maximisation of shareholder value, work with the CEO and board to drive the development and execution of the strategy, including M & A
• Manage intergroup funding, project manage all funding raising activities
• Manage legal, compliance and governance
• Manage external relations with investors and advisors
• Provide management information to the executive team and board
• Manage the provision of statutory information
• Provide input into commercial negotiations, including the identification of risk and potential liabilities

Remuneration will include equity participation.
