Chief Financial Officer

Our client is a developer and operator of private villages and communities.  The company, which creates environments for those entering the third stage of life, has considerable sector experience within its leadership team and the development funds to deploy via an investment partnership with a major strategic investor.

Managing a small finance function and supporting both the leadership  team and the investor with relevant, timely and accurate financial and related management information, you will also work very closely with the CEO and the Executive Chair.  The expectation is that you will become instrumental in the development of the business both at an operational level but also strategic level, and play a key role in the building of significant capital value.

This role will suit a qualified Accountant with a strong track record and who has either already operated as a CFO or is perhaps looking to take the step up to that level.  Either way, we are looking for someone of a high quality who can comfortably work at a variety of levels from getting their sleeves rolled up to making important presentations to investors.

Remuneration will include an opportunity to participate in the equity.
