Chief Operating Officer
About the role
Our client is a full-service law firm headquartered in Aberdeen with offices throughout Scotland. It is highly regarded within Scotland and is particularly recognised for being a trusted advisor across a range of sectors.
The firm seeks to appoint a Chief Operating Officer to lead the operational development of the business. The COO will be tasked with combining the need for leadership in the efficient and effective management of day-to-day operations with the ability to drive change across the entire organisation so that our client can adapt and thrive in a challenging market and realise its ambitions.
Candidates for this role will likely be from a finance background, possess sound commercial acumen and a proven track record of delivery of leadership and strategic management at Senior/Executive team level in an organisation with complex operations. Previous experience of a Partner environment would be an advantage.
