The primary purpose of the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) is to ensure the tight integration and alignment between all revenue-related functions to maximize near and long-term revenue generation to meet aggressive, accelerated growth goals. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, this individual will play an integral part in communicating the company vision and strategy and the successful execution of that strategy across sales, marketing, customer service, account management, business development, product management and consulting.
The CRO will report to the CEO of the company and will have significant interaction with all areas across the company. Reporting to the CRO will be the VP Business Development, Head of Customer Success Management, Director of Sales and the Director of Marketing.
This is an exciting opportunity for an entrepreneurial leader to have real impact in a high growth, niche technology company that is impacting the transformation of local communities for the better. The CRO role is also a succession role to the CEO in the near future.
The selected individual must possess the highest level of integrity, credibility and moral character. The CRO must be genuine and authentic; people focused with the ability to mentor and develop others. This individual must also have a track record of revenue growth in a SaaS or digital content delivery technology company and proven communication and leadership skills.
