Our client, an independent manufacturing business in the Central Belt, is looking to appoint a Commercial Director.
Reporting to the Director of Strategic Development, this person will be responsible for shaping and delivering the Commercial Strategy, improving the quality of deals and successfully negotiating commercial terms with major clients. This is an extremely influential appointment and will suit individuals who thrive in client facing situations, commercial analysis, complex negotiations and closing deals.
Key accountabilities include:
• Deal and Price Management
• Export Sales Strategy
• Commercial Management Information
• Demand Review and Demand Management
All industry backgrounds will be considered but it is likely that this person will currently be working in a management, sales or marketing role in the Building or Construction sectors.
