Our client Aggreko is a FTSE 100 company, recognised as a leading global solutions provider and operating in over 100 locations worldwide. In recent years, the company has enjoyed considerable growth in both revenue and profit, and has strengthened its position with strategic acquisitions.
Aggreko is renowned for its strong service culture and the business is now looking to appoint a Customer Service Manager to lead the global network of internal IT helpdesks across the entire group.
The role will lead a team spread across five international locations to focus on increased efficiency and value for investment against a background of constantly increasing complexity. This area of the business is currently low on the maturity curve and hence there is a significant opportunity for the successful candidate to make improvements and contribute to the future strategy of the wider function. If successful, there is also a clear career opportunity within the group. Success will be measured by increased service levels, customer satisfaction and efficiency, as well as less tangible metrics such as team motivation, leadership etc.
This is a highly visible international role reporting to the Director of IT Operations and Service and will require an individual with broad customer service leadership experience, gravitas, delivery capability and a proven track record within a business to business environment, ideally from a multi-site organisation.
