Following the recent recruitment of a new CEO and CFO, both inspirational leaders and highly experienced for this growth journey having both joined from two separate successful scale and exit journeys elsewhere, we are now looking to recruit a Deputy CFO to report to the CFO and lead all of Group Finance.

A key and influential role to set finance policy and processes for the Group, covering overall direction, controls, and systems under the umbrellas of both Financial Planning & Analysis and Financial Control & Compliance.  With an outsourced Finance Shared Service Centre the successful candidate would be responsible for managing the success and outputs of this as well as for all aspects of management reporting and financial management information to enable business insight and informed decision-making, as well as reporting and compliance in the areas of statutory reporting, tax, treasury, insurance and pensions.

There are plans for considerable investment, and possible M&A as well as strategic disposals as the Group looks to streamline, enhance and diversify on the back of Covid-19, and again this Deputy CFO would be accountable and involved for/in many of these programmes.
