Our client, a private equity owned global industrial manufacturer is seeking to recruit a dynamic and innovative Director of Reward, HR Policy and Operations. Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, this is a global, hands-on leadership role, with responsibility for providing leadership of the Global Reward Centre of Excellence and leading HR Operations, including accountability for HR Shared Service, HR Policies (excluding Talent), Employee Relations and M&A.
- This is an operational and thought leadership role with responsibility for the design, implementation, governance and communication of local and global Total Reward Strategy.
- The role supports all aspects of global Rewards including employee compensation, executive compensation, sales compensation, equity compensation, operations, compliance, all employee benefits, mobility, well-being and recognition.
- The role holder will provide expertise and direction to local HR teams, play a strong governance role and own all processes (other than talent processes).
Ideally this role will be based in Glasgow although there could be flexibility on location.
