PDG Helicopters is one of the leading on-shore operators of helicopters within the United Kingdom and Ireland, deploys a fleet of aircraft of various sizes and capabilities and has an impressive and blue chip customer base.

In February Lloyds Development Capital (LDC) completed a £20 million + management buy-out and now has a majority equity stake in the business with the executive management team investing alongside and holding a substantial minority stake.  An FD will now be appointed to partner with the CEO, leadership team, Chairman and Investors to help drive the growth and performance of the business and ultimately of course, value creation.

Candidates will be qualified accountants with excellent financial and strategic acumen.  We are looking for a proven track record of contributing to growing a business (both revenue and profit) and ideally experience of working with strategic investors.
