Finance Director

The role of Finance Director is a key appointment within the current organisational structure and has a clear and specific remit to deliver financial leadership and process development in support to a company with an ambitious growth strategy. The Finance Director will report directly to the Chief Executive and as expected of such an appointment, significant communication with the investors and other members of the Board representing shareholder interests will be ongoing, both formally and informally, and as frequently as required. Beyond Board interactions the appointee will work closely with the senior executive team and directly manage a small finance team.
