This includes delivering a range of fully managed services encompassing property management, buying, furnishing and renovation.

An experienced Finance Director is now sought, reporting directly to the Managing Director and based in Edinburgh.

This is an opportunity to join an established, profitable and respected organisation and drive further improvement on the bottom line and value across the business and existing portfolio. This is a Board appointment which will play an influential role in the overall leadership of the business and help it meet its ambitious growth aspirations.

The task will therefore be to help the business achieve profitability targets by growing revenue and reducing cost, developing and leading a high performing finance function and ensuring the provision of excellent customer care.

Key to success will be a demonstrable track record of improving profitability and developing finance systems and teams in a financial leadership position. The successful candidate will possess a client-centric and growth-oriented mindset with the ability to engage and lead people.

The Finance Director will be professionally qualified, technically excellent, and have a strong attention to detail and analysis, as well as the ability to interpret data and the confidence to act and advise on this. Naturally, an engaging leader with excellent communication skills is also required.
