Finance Director

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of the Group and subsidiary Management Accounts, including KPIs, variance analysis, MI and commentary
• Ensuring that the controls and procedures are in place at Head Office and in the subsidiaries to enable all reporting to be completed in a timely, accurate and efficient manner
• Preparation of the annual budgets and financial projections
• Business planning
• Cash and treasury management
• Banking relationships
• Preparing year end package for auditors and tax advisers
• Ensuring the Group complies with all financial regulatory matters
• Leadership of the Finance team

Qualifications/Characteristics:

• Qualified CA/ACA/CIMA/ACCA
• Strong IT skills, especially in excel with preferably also a working knowledge of SAP
• Must be comfortable working in a hands on capacity and understanding the business from top to bottom
• Positive attitude, initiative, drive and commerciality
• Excellent communication skills required and ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial colleagues
