General Manager

Our client is an international support services and rental business backed by a large European private equity fund. The business currently operates across the UK, with a small but fast-growing European presence. We are seeking an entrepreneurial General Manager who will report directly to the UK Managing Director and lead a £10m rental and service business, with the aspiration of at least doubling turnover in the next 2-3 years. Candidates will have demonstrable operational experience in the support services or construction environments. Acquisitive growth is a key element of the strategy and hence experience of acquiring and integrating businesses would also be useful.

Remuneration: £120,000 plus car, 40% bonus, potential for equity participation.
