General Manager, Middle East

Our client is a global provider of integrated drilling and environmental solutions to the onshore and offshore oil and gas industry. They act as a single source provider for managing waste materials throughout the full project life cycle – from exploration to decommissioning.

Formed in 2000, TWMA employ over 500 people at their office, processing, manufacturing and service bases in Europe, the Americas, North Africa, West Africa and the Middle East. Following a period of sustained growth, despite operating within a challenging market, they are looking to appoint a General Manager in the Middle East. This position is regarded as a key strategic appointment central to TWMA’s growth objectives, and carries responsibility for managing the organisations daily operations from their base in Abu Dhabi.

We are looking to identify candidates with a proven track record of operational and commercial leadership within an oilfield services environment. Existing knowledge and experience of drilling waste management / solids control is desirable. The General Manager Middle East is the focal point for key clients in the region and will be responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with existing and potential customers and ensuring excellent service delivery. Previous regional experience and exposure to managing a sizeable multi-discipline team is key.
