Group Commercial Director

About the role

Our client has successfully grown internationally over the past 10 years and has a strategic plan to double its size through organic growth in the next 7 years. The business has a strong reputation as both a problem solver and an innovator within its automotive tier 1 client base. It is PE backed and well-funded. Building width and depth across the leadership team is seen as an essential step in equipping the Group for its next phase of growth.

With a strong operational presence in the UK, China and Germany, it is well placed to serve existing clients in the automotive / mobility space as well as to support diversification into new and complimentary markets in the regions which represents a major opportunity in building the brand.

The Group Commercial Director will report to the Chief Executive and will oversee all marketing, sales and field engineering teams.

  • Can develop and execute a roadmap which takes the organisation towards its growth objectives, including the development of appropriate objectives, timescales and KPIs’ necessary to advance the business towards its business goals
