We are acting for a fast paced privately owned and highly successful group with a very strong brand presence which builds upon heritage, authenticity and a commitment to quality.  Operating across several sites the business produces a wide range of branded and private label products for customers which include the major multiple retailers.

The Group Finance Director will lead and develop a team which generates accurate, timely and insightful financial reports and maintains tight financial control.  They will have the ability to work across the business and use the information which is being produced to help drive efficiencies and improvements.  With board colleagues the Group Finance Director will also be expected to contribute to the strategic and commercial development of the business.

Suitable candidates will be qualified accountants either operating at board level or ready to step up. They will be self-assured, commercially minded and have experience of working in a fast paced manufacturing environment.
