Group Finance Director

Prime Secure is a family-run company providing security services and personnel throughout the UK for the construction, corporate and void property sectors.

Our technical expertise, market-leading technology and unrivalled service mean we’re the first choice for many of the country’s leading construction companies, property managers, corporate and retail clients, and more.

We operate mainly in four markets:

• Construction Security – We provide high tech CCTV systems and experienced personnel to help construction companies minimise the damage caused by theft and vandalism.
• Corporate Security – From security officers and guards to hotel concierge and everything in between, we can provide a visible, experienced and highly trained security presence.
• Property Security – From our V-Pod CCTV for protecting property, to our range of Soft FM property security services, we’ve got you covered.

We are looking for our first ever Group Finance Director to support the ambitious growth plans of the business. This is a strategic Board appointment, but at the same we see it as being a very ‘hands-on’ role. You will provide quality leadership on all matters relating to finance across the established, growing core business and a small group of fledgling businesses. You will work strategically to embed great finance practices that are aligned with, and enhance, our core values. As with any business, the quality of our people is central to our success and as Group Finance Director you’ll be critical in ensuring we have the right people, in the right seats, doing the right things to help them and our group of businesses thrive.

We are growing quickly, targeting 30% growth by the end of 2022 and have a vision to achieve £50m turnover per annum by the year 2030.

You will be key to developing our financial strategy to help realise this vision and will provide leadership to ensure we remain true to our core values as we grow.
