Group Head of IT

Reporting to the Group Finance Director, the Group Head of IT will manage a team of specialists responsible for the design, delivery and maintenance of all Stewart Milne Group company computer systems. As Group Head of IT, you will be expected to drive business change and facilitate improvement in all operational areas of the business, as well as manage all company business systems and solutions. The role will also include setting and managing departmental budgets and providing value in line with the strategy agreed with the Group Board.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong mix of technical and leadership skills. They will be an excellent communicator, with an ability to articulate a forward-thinking strategy for IT within the group and possess the experience and capability to implement this strategy over an agreed time frame.
