Group HR Director

Our client is a global provider of integrated drilling and environmental solutions to the onshore and offshore oil and gas industry. They act as a single source provider for managing waste materials throughout the full project life cycle – from exploration to decommissioning.

Formed in 2000, TWMA employ over 500 people at their office, processing, manufacturing and service bases in Europe, the Americas, North Africa, West Africa and the Middle East. Following a period of sustained growth, they are looking to appoint a Group HR Director. This individual has ultimate responsibility for all HR activity across TWMA’s five international operational hubs.

We are looking to identify a senior HR leader operating within a medium sized, international business. The ideal candidate should be comfortable operating at a senior management level and should have the ability to quickly establish credibility throughout the organisation. This individual should have previous experience of developing and implementing an effective HR strategy within an international business as well as possess the drive and rigour to promote cultural change within the business.
