Scotia Security Group designs, manufactures and installs physical security and wireless access products for the Banking and ATM industries; producing secure solutions using the latest technologies.

The business has 40 years’ experience in the security industry and their innovative design team collaborates closely and proactively with ATM manufacturers, banking security organisations and law enforcement agencies to successfully resolve evolving security threats.

Scotia manufactures product and prototypes from their state-of-the-art facility in Straiton, near Edinburgh and directly employs a UK-wide installation and service team to ensure a highly professional and quick response customer experience.

Scotia is looking to appoint an experienced and dynamic manager who will lead the business operations to deliver high customer satisfaction and company growth.  The Head of Operations will manage Scotia’s operations, with a specific focus on field activity and customer services, as well as the ongoing development of customer relationships.

Key responsibilities include:

• Working closely with the Senior Management Team and Directors Manage customer operations, installation, service and contractors
• Production forecast and outputs
• Be a key point of contact for customers managing their current projects
• Measure performance and client reporting
• Work with the Head of Engineering and design department to create and implement new products

We are looking for candidates who can help to grow the business through the creation of enhanced business models and new product steams.

Candidates are likely to be experienced managers from the services, engineering or manufacturing sectors and will be self-motivated with strong financial and IT skills.

The role will require travel across the UK.
