Scotland’s award-winning national dance company is seeking a Head of People & Wellbeing (New Position). Permanent Contract (part time 21-25 hours per week to be worked as agreed).

Scottish Ballet is seeking a talented, highly motivated professional to lead HR and implement a company-wide wellbeing programme.

The Head of People and Wellbeing is a member of the Leadership Team; providing strategic direction on all aspects of HR (inc. compliance and function), developing strategy to ensure wellbeing priorities and outcomes are met, and advising the Executive and Board on people management and policy.

Scottish Ballet is an award-winning Company that has built its reputation on a strong commissioning and ambitious touring programme. It will celebrate its 50th anniversary in 2019.  The Company tours annually to major theatres across Scotland and the UK, including Sadler’s Wells, and internationally throughout Europe, Asia and North America.  Invitations to feature at the Edinburgh International Festival and other major festivals, such as Spoleto, are included in the Company’s exciting stage opportunities.
