The Human Resources Manager / Business Partner will join the Central Region office located in Centennial, CO. This office supports 2000+ employees at various locations in Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Colorado, Wyoming, Nebraska, Kansas, Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri, South Dakota, and Utah. As the Region HR Manager, the appointee will provide counsel to leaders on complex employee relations matters and will conduct fact findings investigations and a thorough consultative approach to problem solving, influence resolution and mitigation of risk. As part of the leadership team, the HR Manager will play a role in the strategic planning and execution of initiatives that impact employees.
The appointee will have a dual reporting line to both the Corporate HR Director (officed in Houston, TX) and Regional Vice President (officed in the permanent location in Centennial, CO). There are approximately 2100 employees in the region. There are no direct reports to this role.
