Nationally the group is currently aiming to deliver around 1000 units per annum across its three regions – North Scotland, Central Scotland and North West England and achieves revenues of over £200m. It is projecting 100% increase in volume within 5 years.
We are looking for a talented leader to lead and develop the Central Scotland region with the Group. Knowledge of the sector would be very helpful but essential is the ability to:
- Demonstrate an in-depth commercial understanding of operational and financial performance
- Proactively drive cultural and behavioural changes across the business
- Show the strength of interpersonal and teambuilding skills to ensure operational, commercial and contractual delivery
- Foster a customer centric culture for internal and external markets
