Managing Director

About the role

Equity opportunity

Eureka Solutions, a privately owned company, provides project consultancy services, implementation and on-going support of business systems and ERP software to mid-market clients. The business is successful in helping customers identify and customise the right solution for them, based on functionality and technology. Eureka Solutions have become an accomplished partner for ERP implementation, alongside the development of proprietary software and IP. See http://www.eurekasolutions.co.uk

Founded in 1996, the company is at an extremely exciting stage of its growth and development as it looks to transition from family ownership. The most important element of this transformation will be the appointment of an outstanding Managing Director, to drive the continued growth of the business and to lead the management team through a potential change of ownership.

The Managing Director will inherit an exceptional team of professionals, with a strong reputation for technical expertise and customer service. Through energy, enthusiasm and leadership, the Managing Director will help the company to fulfil its potential. This potential includes opportunities for significant growth from the commercialisation of Eureka own products in the ERP marketplace.

The successful candidate may come from a wide range of backgrounds/disciplines, but must display the skills and successful track record of running multidisciplinary teams with varying priorities. This is a leadership role, with the development and management of people and relationships very high on the agenda. A passion for technology and B2B customer service is also extremely important. Network and strong relationships amongst SMEs, advisers and introducers throughout the UK will be an advantage.

This is an extremely compelling business opportunity to manage and grow an already successful business, and to lead the senior management team through a successful transformation and possible change of ownership. Prior experience of this will also be beneficial.

Interested candidates should send their CV, with full remuneration details, to Graham Burns of FWB Park Brown, at fwb@fwbparkbrown.com. For a confidential discussion, please call 0131 539 7087.
