Managing Director, KSA

Schoeller Bleckmann (SBO) is a $500m+ revenue generating public company listed on the Vienna Stock Exchange, manufacturing and supplying oilfield equipment. SBO is comprised of two divisions – AMS (Advanced Manufacturing and Services) and OE (Oilfield Equipment). OE supplies products and services like drilling motors, circulation subs, Boss Hogg composite Frac plugs, Frac sleeves and toe valves as well as rotary steerable tools.

The Managing Director KSA will assume overall responsibility for the Saudi Arabia entity whilst working proactively with the product lines and customers to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction is achieved. The overall strategy in the region is to move the organisation towards an in-country services model to drive growth.

It is critical that candidates for this role possess direct experience within the Saudi Arabia market, ideally have a strong working knowledge of Saudi Aramco, and a good cultural appreciation of the regional business and social environments.  A high energy, ambitious professional with excellent written and spoken communication skills will be offered the opportunity to further develop their already successful career to a higher level.
