Sales & Marketing Director

Kelvin KBB, established in 1986, is Scotland’s leading manufacturer of kitchen, bedroom and bathroom furniture. They design, manufacture, supply and install for the leading housebuilders throughout Scotland and the North of England, with products positioned at the mid to upper end of the market.  Their success is based on an innovative approach to design, the quality of their products and a strong focus and dedication to customer service.

The business has recently been through a period of change and rationalisation and is now looking to appoint a new Sales & Marketing Director (SMD), to provide leadership to the Sales and Marketing functions and drive the next phase of growth. The manufacturing and operational functionality of the business is sound and this role requires a market focussed individual who can further develop the commercial success and profitability of the business.

We are looking to appoint an extremely high calibre SMD into this role, with a background in Sales, Marketing or Business Development and a good working knowledge of the KBB sector. Strong external relationships in the sector and experience of selling to the housebuilders, trade counters and retail will be of great interest. Kelvin KBB is looking to strategically grow these channels, while further developing its direct to consumer offering and digital presence.
