Agile working 60 – 80% home based, office location is Stirling.
The Organisation
Zero Waste Scotland exists to lead Scotland to use products and resources responsibly, focusing on where they can have the greatest impact on climate change. Using evidence and insight, their goal is to inform policy and motivate individuals and businesses to embrace the environmental economic and social benefits of a circular economy.
Zero Waste Scotland provides leadership and practical support to encourage the growth of the circular economy in Scotland. Whether you’re a private citizen or a business owner, a local authority employee or a community group member, they have a wide range of information and advice available.
They are a not for profit organisation, funded by the Scottish Government and European Regional Development Fund.
The Role
Zero Waste Scotland are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join their dynamic Human Resources team. As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in driving organisational effectiveness, facilitating change management, and optimising their workforce’s performance during a period of transition and transformation.
The HRBP will have a strong focus on employee relations, organisation design, job evaluation and workforce planning, enabling you to deliver impactful strategies and solutions that align with the organisation‘s goals and values.
The Successful Candidate
To be considered for this role, you must be able to commence employment in Sept/Oct 2023, you will be a strategic, degree educated HR professional, with a proven track record in leading change management and driving organisational transformation.
You will have the ability to influence at all levels of an organisation, with strong negotiation skills and the ability to problem solve and make data based decisions.
Due to this being a transformational time for Zero Waste Scotland we are ideally seeking someone who has led job evaluation activity, ideally Hay.
