Bank ABC is a leading provider of Trade Finance, Treasury, Project & Structured Finance, Syndications, Corporate & Institutional Banking as well as Islamic Banking services. We are also expanding our retail banking network in the MENA region.
Bank ABC is licensed as a conventional wholesale bank by the Central Bank of Bahrain.
To adequately support the recently updated business strategy, the time is now right to advance our HR capability and ways of operating, and strengthen the resource base by supplementing current HR bench-strength, to deliver the following:
- Strengthen our corporate culture by delivering a roadmap of critical interventions to enhance global capability and build on success.
- Advance management and leadership capability by enabling a high performance culture through our people and building greater technical capability through our ABC Academy.
- Align support to develop strategic initiatives, through an enhanced HR operating model that is business aligned to improve execution through Group HR Relationship Managers and Centers of Expertise.
- Increase the resilience of our strategy by focusing on talent for growth.
ABC are looking for a number of HR contractors with previous banking experience.
Experience in culture and change, executive development, developing an in house academy and HR Business Partnering are all of interest.
Contracts are 6 – 12 months, ideally beginning in September 2018.
