Head of Property and Facilities Services
Responsible to the Director of Resources for delivering Property and Facilities Management services aligned to the overall Council strategic direction. You will be:
- heavily involved in setting the strategic direction, policy and practice for the Council Property and Facilities Management services, ensuring delivery within budget, quality and compliance standards.
- have overall responsibility for the performance and asset management lifecycle of all council properties including investment activity, development, construction, estate and facilities management.

Head of Communications
Reporting to the Chief Executive, you will be heavily involved in managing the Council’s reputation and you will lead in setting the strategy and policy for council communications.
This role is both highly visible and influential internally and externally, working very closely with the Chief Executive, other members of the leadership team and councillors.

Head of Strategy and Insight
Responsible to the Chief Executive for setting the direction of strategy and related services. It fulfils a crucial role in the formulation of strategy and policy across the council.
The post leads a range of services which set strategy, policy and services for their area and ensures delivery within budget, quality and compliance standards. This include:
- strategy, locality, insight and management information
- governance and democratic services
- portfolio /programme governance and assurance
- transformation and business change
- resilience

Head of Customer Services
Responsible to the Executive Director of Resources for setting the strategic direction of all council customer and business support services, both internal and external, aligned to the overall Council strategic direction.
The post sets the strategy, policy and services for their area and ensures delivery within budget, quality and compliance standards. The area includes:
- staff support
- committee support
- customer services
- transaction centre
- business support
- transformation

Head of Legal and Risk

- Monitoring Officer
