This is a newly created role which will work in partnership with the Director, the TNE Solutions Lead and the Academic Programme teams to develop a portfolio of income against financial targets. The role will manage the financial performance of that portfolio and identify, grow and maintain a multi-year pipeline of prospective clients, actual clients and associated projects for monthly and quarterly presentation to different senior University audiences.
Candidates will be consultative, self-directed and courageous, bringing significant complex, senior and international experience to bear through a market driven approach to opportunity identification for human capital development against the internal strengths and specialisms of the University’s academic schools.
GCU are also looking for candidates to have extensive strategic relationship management and experience with both external and internal stakeholders at Director and Board level. This, together with a track record of successful income generation and the ability to interpret strategy and operational plans for both the University and clients, will be essential for this role going forward.
