What we’re looking for

We are looking for Talent Acquisition Consultants who are responsible for delivering a professional TA service by managing key recruitment activities through the full hiring cycle. To be considered for these roles, you will come from either a busy inhouse TA role or Agency environment. You will have had experience across Volume and Non Volume with exposure to multi channel attraction strategies.

What you need to know

The Talent Acquisition Function is responsible for the delivery of the full talent acquisition lifecycle, including sourcing, identifying and securing key talent for the organisation. The scope of recruitment includes external permanent and fixed term contracts; early careers (graduates and apprenticeships); internal permanent; secondments; international assignments and management oversight of the managed service provider for day rate contractor and agency temporary workers.

The TA Consultant will be real team player, you will work as part of a  high performing TA team supporting Aegon’s growth strategy.
