What we’re looking for

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Delivery Lead who has strong leadership and management skills, with proven ability to motivate and develop others. You will have a very strong customer focus and excellent organisational skills. Utilisation of MI and data will be second nature to you.

You will be able to demonstrate proven TA experience in a large organisation with multi layers and accountabilities.

Exposure to systems e.g. Workday would be advantageous but not essential.

What you need to know

The Talent Acquisition Function is responsible for the delivery of the full talent acquisition lifecycle, including sourcing, identifying and securing key talent for the organisation. The scope of recruitment includes external permanent and fixed term contracts; early careers (graduates and apprenticeships); internal permanent; secondments; international assignments and management oversight of the managed service provider for day rate contractor and agency temporary workers.

The TA Delivery Lead will be a Talent and Recruitment expert, responsible for the end to end management of the recruitment lifecycle. Key areas of expertise are: Team Management, Client Relationship Management, Service Management, MI & Reporting, Cost, Quality and Compliance.

The role holder will lead a team of Recruitment Consultants, developing individual and team capability.
